All software services and apps will be provided in accordance with customer requirements. While every precaution is made when giving software, if anything is left out of compliance with your needs after the product has been provided, kindly contact us by sending an email to hello@brite.app
The price of a software product depends on the service or application you have chosen or ordered based on your requirements. If your order is urgent, we strongly advise getting in touch with us first to discuss your requirements and make sure the software product will be delivered for your requested date before placing your order.
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched or applications delivered within the time limits mentioned. In unpredictable circumstances, the delivery may be delayed as we rely upon the services of third-party couriers for shipping. While we endeavour to ‘keep to our word,' there may, unfortunately, be a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
We provide software that is downloadable in nature and involves no shipping. For other services, we do not guarantee the time of product delivery since it may vary from one product/service to another. Software download orders will be fulfilled via separate email confirmation to the customer. The software download email will include download links and instructions on completing a download.
Some purchased items may require us to issue you with a license key. We will contact you to collect information from you regarding the host ID of the computer you wish the license key to be generated against. Once we have received this information from you, your license key will be generated and sent to you immediately.
